• Lyme Vaccine - $32.00 ea. (Must provide proof of negative Lyme test results.)

• 4DX Heartworm / Lyme Spot Test - $32.00

Heartworm medication is available to purchase for dogs who test negative for Heartworm. Priced by weight.

FOR CATS

• Rabies - $18.00 ea.
• Distemper - $18.00 ea.

No registration necessary.
Cash, credit, and check accepted.
All dogs must be on leashes.
All cats must be in carriers.
