  (Must provide proof of negative Lyme test results, or administer the 4DX Heartworm/Lyme Spot Test with negative Lyme results to receive Lyme Vaccine.)

• 4DX Heartworm / Lyme Spot Test - $32.00

No registration necessary.
Cash, credit, and check accepted.
All dogs must be on leashes.
All cats must be in carriers.
